Having worked in the food-service industry for nearly 40 years — including several years with Walt Disney World Companies — Giamarino is highly experienced in leading a food-service operation. As president of Classic Cafe Management, he has created a business model that capitalizes on his training and management expertise. In addition, clients and customers derive great value from the savings resulting from a lean corporate organization devoid of unnecessary structure and overhead. The AREA MANAGER TEAM, headed by Isabella Castillo, has been the catalyst for all the Classic Café growth and continues to lead our team of over 170 employees to provide the highest level of service and quality in over 53 locations.

It’s understanding the kinds of food customers like, the way they want it prepared and served, and the kind of atmosphere that makes them comfortable.
